Premium Flower Concepts

My team was challenged to create a new packaging for a premium line of flower that cannabis aficionados would line-up for. In addition, we came up with campaign extensions like events, apparel and online experiences.

The product launch was ultimately shelved for various reasons but I am still incredibly happy with the work that we did.

The Grower Series

The hero of this product launch would be brand new (mostly recycleable!) flower packaging. The outer label was designed to tell the story of the strain and give the connoisseur important terpene information. Inspired by limited edition art prints, we also included a numbering system to convey the limited nature of this product.

 
 

Premium Vape Experience

We also wanted to show possible line extensions so I designed new vape pen art and a packaging tube.

 
 
 
 

Slow Your Roll

Below are some pieces I created as part of the launch that included social posts, a landing page, TV display graphics, apparel and giveaway items. There’s also a few examples of older concepts with a totally different aesthetic. The title of our launch campaign was “Slow Your Roll”. The name came to us because the launch was originally scheduled for Summer of 2020. Remember that time when we thought the pandemic was coming to an end but weren’t quite sure how to re-enter the world? We wanted to build on the idea of slowing life down to enjoy the finer things. In this case - a line of premium cannabis.
